Welcome to Spaarsh Enterpriszes. These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, transactions, and dealings conducted with Spaarsh Enterpriszes, including distribution, trading, importing, exporting, installation, and servicing of hospital and medical equipment.

By placing an order, making a purchase, or engaging in business with us, the client agrees to abide by the terms stated below.

2. Products & Services

2. ICU & Critical Care Equipment
3. Operation Theatre Equipment
4. Modular Operation Theatre Solutions
5. Anesthesia Machines
6. CT Scan Machines
7. MRI Scan Machines
8. Diagnostic & Medical Devices

All products are sourced from certified manufacturers and supplied subject to availability.

3. Orders & Acceptance

1. All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, purchase order, or signed quotation).
2. Orders are subject to acceptance by Spaarsh Enterpriszes.
3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in a formal quotation.
4. Once confirmed, cancellation of orders may attract cancellation charges.

4. Pricing & Taxes

1. All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
2. GST and other applicable taxes shall be charged as per Government of India regulations.
3. Prices do not include installation, freight, insurance, or statutory approvals unless explicitly mentioned in the quotation.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Modes:

1. Cash
2. Cheque
3. Demand Draft (DD)
4. Bank Transfer
5. Advance payment may be required depending on order value.
6. Dispatch will be processed only after receipt of agreed payment.
7. Delayed payments may attract applicable interest charges.

6. Delivery & Shipment

Shipment Modes:

1. By Road
2. By Cargo
3. By Courier
4. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on product availability and logistics.
5. Spaarsh Enterpriszes shall not be held liable for delays caused by transporters, natural events, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

7. Installation & Commissioning

1. Installation services will be provided if included in the quotation.
2. The buyer must ensure site readiness (power supply, space, civil work, compliance approvals).
3. Any delay due to site unpreparedness shall not be the responsibility of Spaarsh Enterpriszes.

8. Warranty

1. Warranty terms shall be as provided by the manufacturer.
2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
3. Warranty does not cover:
4. Physical damage
5. Mishandling or improper installation
6. Unauthorized repairs
7. Electrical fluctuations
8. Normal wear and tear
9. Claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

9. After-Sales Service

1. Service support will be provided as per agreed terms.
2. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) may be offered separately.
3. Spare parts, if required beyond warranty, will be chargeable.

10. Regulatory Compliance

1. No medical equipment is supplied without adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory norms.
2. Buyers are responsible for obtaining necessary local approvals, licenses, and operational permissions required for using the equipment
